There you can register to vote\, update your address\, submit your application to mail-in or absentee vote\, return your absentee ballot\, or complete your absentee vote in-person. The deadline to request a ballot by mail is (received by) 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday\, October 21\, 2020. \nAbsentee voting for the November 3rd General Election begins September 22nd. SUMMARY:Pre-Halloween Trick-or-Treat
DESCRIPTION:Due to high numbers of Trick-or-Treaters in the neighborhood\, Coleman Highlands neighbors are putting on a Trick-or-Treating event Friday\, October 30th at 6:00pm for Coleman Highlands kiddos only. \nWe’ve had numbers ranging from 600-800 kids  during Halloween every year—kids from all over the city come to Coleman Highlands. And while it’s wonderful being able to enjoy the fun with so many kids\, large gatherings are not a great idea at this time. Having a special Trick-or-Treat event on the 30th would drop numbers dramatically\, keep large gatherings to a minimum\, and help keep everyone safe. \nParticipating addresses will be listed as we receive them.
