    Coleman Highlands residents are welcome and encouraged to join the Neighborhood Association Board at the Annual Neighborhood Meeting. We will be welcoming 2 speakers this year: Jolie Justus, Councilwoman 4th District, and representatives from Dean Realty (Coleman Crest development).  Each guest will share information and answer questions.
