This year’s annual Fall Picnic is September 13th, 5pm – 9:30pm, at 32nd and West Coleman Rd. We’ll have a live band and will be providing hamburgers, hotdogs, and beverages — please bring a side dish! Also, we are in need of volunteers to help with setup and teardown. Please contact Amado Tamayo to volunteer and/or coordinate any items you may be able to lend for the picnic.
We’re looking for neighbors who can lend us the following for the event:
- Coolers
- Pop-up tents
- 6 or 8ft folding tables for food
We’re also looking for volunteers to:
- Help with setup (setup usually starts around 3pm)
- Help with teardown (9:30pm)
