The Coleman Highlands Neighborhood Association is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment at all meetings, events, and community activities. All participants are expected to treat one another with courtesy, listen respectfully, and engage in constructive dialogue. Discrimination, harassment, intimidation, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. 

Participants are also expected to uphold honesty, protect others’ privacy, and comply with all applicable laws, association bylaws, and event guidelines. Alcohol, when present, should be consumed responsibly, and illegal substances or unsafe behavior are prohibited. The association’s board or event organizers may take corrective action—including warnings or removal—if these standards are violated. Participation in Coleman Highlands Neighborhood Association activities signifies acceptance of this Code of Conduct.
