Christmas Eve in Coleman Highlands

Every year in late December, neighborhood volunteers spend hours folding small paper bags, filling them with sand and a votive candle each, placing them along the streets of Coleman Highlands, and lighting them for a wonderfully warm and cheery Christmas Eve display.

This year also marked the Second Annual Coleman Highlands Christmas Eve Caroling! Neighbor Nikki Salido said, “The caroling went really well. We had about twenty neighbors. It was very festive with a lit Christmas tree in the street and song sheets for all. We sang 15-20 Christmas Carols. Antonio Rivera and his wife Melissa set it all up and even had a fire pit going.”

Check out the event calendar to keep up to date with these and other events throughout the year in Coleman Highlands.

If you have photos of the luminaries, caroling, or any other neighborhood events from this past year or other years, we’d love to post them! Please email them to .
